The Source is a highly refined, custom one-off 1979 Olson 30 with an exceptional racing pedigree. She is a three-time Olson 30 National Champion and has benefited from an extensive, professionally executed refit focused on weight reduction, structural stiffness, and modern sport-boat ergonomics.
I purchased the boat three years ago, shortly after the majority of the major upgrades and refit work were completed. Since then, the boat has been sailed lightly and carefully maintained. The systems, structure, and equipment described below remain in excellent condition, with limited use since the refit.
She is currently stored on the hard with fresh bottom paint and is ready to be launched and sailed.
In Southern California, the boat carries a PHRF rating of 96.
